It sounds absurd, but it's true. As we grew, a seemingly simple task—paying the people who helped us succeed—became a time-consuming, frustrating mess. We were tangled in manual processes, endless email chains, and clunky spreadsheets. It was a tax on our own growth.
So, we did what any sensible business would do: we tried to find a tool to fix it.

We refuse to accept that. We were a simple SMB, stuck doing painful, low-value admin. It was the opposite of everything we wanted our business to be.
